**No Refunds on Purchases, Exchange or store credit only.

Candles may be exchanged so long as the purchased/defective item is returned and is not more than 25% used. Buyer pays shipping on returned items and may exchange their candle for a candle of equal or lessor value.

T-shirts and other apparel may be exchanged for replacement apparel of equal or lessor value as long as it has not been worn or washed. Damaged prints from improper care or washing may not be exchanged or returned.

Shipping & Handling

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship most packages. Our handling time is normally 2 business days, however this can extend to 3-5 business days on any manufactured items. Manufactured items include (but not limited to) custom t-shirts and apparel and Unique Essentials products.

A confirmation email will be sent with a shipping estimation date and tracking will be updated on your order information.
